Three Creeks Brewing Company in Sisters is expanding and will be adding a new 30-barrel brewing facility in the near future.
The new location for the facility has yet to be named, but the paperwork is in motion and the city of Sisters has agreed to the expansion. Part of the agreement with Sisters was to provide funds to purchase new aeration equipment for Sisters existing waste water treatment lagoons. This is no suprise as Bend has had to deal with similar waste water issues as new breweries begin to pop-up.
Three Creeks current brewery is attached to their pub and will become their experimental facility that will allow them to create more specialty seasonal ales.
It’s great to see Three Creeks Brewing expanding in Sisters and growing the Central Oregon Beer community.
