The movie’s website explains, “The Love of Beer is a documentary devoted to the stories and passion of the women at the forefront of the Pacific Northwest beer community.”

- Gayle Goschie – hop farmer and President of Goschie Farms in Silverton, Oregon
- Amy Welch – Portland, Oregon homebrewer, bartender at Lucky Lab, and active member of LOLA.
The Love of Beer is an intimate portrayal of craft beer’s female forerunners. “Staying true to cinema verite,these women tell their stories in their own words and through their own actions.” Running time is 72 minutes. The movie was created by Alison Grayson, a Portland, Oregon based filmmaker.
