Don’t miss 10 Barrel’s 2nd Annual Pray for Snow Winter Release Party today (December 3) from 4 to 9 PM at the 10 Barrel Brew Pub on Galveston. Not only will there be “Tons of Give-A-Ways” but also live music from Mosley Wotta, Ben Union, and Archeology. To top it all off they will be setting a 6 foot snowman on fire “as the ultimate sacrifice to the Snow Gods”.
The 2011 Pray for Snow Winter Strong Ale sounds like a kick in the pants. 10 Barrel says they “Upped the anty a bit, adding an even bigger malt profile, then aged it in Brandy barrels for the last 3 months. This strong ale is just begging to be drank and I PROMISE you won’t be disappointed!” Sounds like another reason to head down and have a pint.
