GoodLife, formerly Noble Brewing, officially opened there Bier Hall and Brewery in early 2011. Both the Brewery and Bier Hall are situated in the former Century Center indoor tennis facility off Century Parkway. It’s a little hard to find, but worth the look.
We had a chance to try out some of the beer a few days after the Bier Hall opened and were very impressed with the Mt. Rescue Pale Ale. Some friends and I had a chance to take a tour with their head brewer, Curt Plants, and sampled a bit of the Sweet As straight from the tank. Yum. With an impressively large space and great beer, I look forward to seeing what GoodLife can do.
